We recently bought my little guy a play kitchen. What we had left was a big box perfect for building a boat.
After the boat was assembled the boys used water colors and painted the boat. They were so proud of their creation that the played in it continuously for several days. I just love free entertainment.
Next time we build a boat I will put the cardboard side facing out to make it easier to paint.
